As a board certified obstetricicertified obstetrician/gynecologist, I’ve witnessed the shame woman exhibit and express concerning their body, including the very part of us that makes us woman. Body shaming, period shaming, saying the word “vagina” shaming–all negatively impact our self esteem and feelings of self worth. As a result, I want to normalize the conversation about the vagina for women. I believe that if women are given the full opportunity to learn more about this magnificent body part; we can change the messaging about the vagina to be one that is positive and shameless. This is important since the negative messaging about the vagina has significantly impacted the way women value themselves and their womanhood.

As a woman & pastor, I want to empower other women to know that they are more than their vaginas;  yet embrace it’s same amazing characteristics that mirror our womanhood.

As a marriage coach, I believe that when women and their spouses understand the sexual function of the female body, they can foster and build sexual intimacy that will strengthen and enhance their marriages in ways unimaginable. 

I am on a mission to accomplish all of these goals through creative, exciting, authentic and transparent conversation. This unique education will span from social media platforms and workshops to conferences, podcasts and hopefully one day, TV. Join this revolutionary Vagnificent Movement!
